パサパサしがちなむね肉をしっとり柔らかに焼き上げました
醤油が香る味わいで、おかずにもつまみにもおすすめ!

☆材料☆ (4人分)

・鶏むね肉 1枚
・大根 1/5本 → おろします
☆醤油 大さじ1   (下味)
☆生姜 小さじ1
☆片栗粉 適量

・水 適量
・醤油  大さじ1.5
・砂糖  大さじ2
・ガーリックパウダー 適量
